The following terms and conditions form the basis of your agreement with Roatan Sunny & Salty Tour’s (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
These terms and conditions only apply to the “tour”, “trip”, “booking”, or “arrangements” which you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our agreement with you. All references in these terms and conditions to “tour”, “trip”, “booking”, or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements unless otherwise stated.
Booking and Payment Details
- To Make A Booking please follow the procedure on our website or contact us directly thru the contact form or email address. Where we have already confirmed the availability of your chosen “tour”, “trip”, “booking”, or “arrangements” and you book within any applicable time limit for doing so, your booking will be treated as firm and an agreement between us will come into existence as soon as we receive your respond whether you pay cash or online. Where we have not confirmed availability, your booking will be treated as firm and an agreement between us will come into existence. Where you book through our website without prior confirmation of availability. Please check your booking notification carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
- To Make A Payment, we offer two options:
- Payment via PayPal, this option allows you to make a full payment for the booked “tour”, “trip”, “booking”, or “agreements”.
- Payment in cash, this option allows you to pay for the booked “tour”, “trip”, “booking”, or “agreements” directly to our staff, which will be in charge of your transportation during the tour.
3. Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour with us please give 48 hours advance notice we will refund the 100% of the booked tour. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given you will be billed for 60% of your tour cost. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given you will be billed for 100% of the booked tour.
If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour or the ship cancel the arrival to the port of call, we will refund 100% of the booked tour.

The information contained in our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen trip (including the price) with us at the time of booking.
Liability Waiver
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISK OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED TO THE TOUR/BOOKING, including by way of example and not limitation, any risk that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable for participation in the tour/activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Clause will be use by the tour operator, staff and organizers of the tour/activity in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. In consideration of my applications and permitting me to participate in the tour/activity, I hereby act for myself, my family, next of kin, and assigns as follows:
- I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, including but not limited to, liability arising from negligence or fault of the entities or person released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: ROATAN SUNNY & SALTY TOUR’S.
- INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this Liability Waiver, Terms and Conditions from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the tour/activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
